Get Your little Baby Sleeping Through The Night

If you are a working parent, learning to get your child to sleep through the night is paramount. Not only will will you be more peaceful during the day with a good night sleep but you will also have the energy to take care of your child's needs.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first thing you need to do to get your child to sleep through the night is feed them get their tummy's full. When a child reaches about 6 months you can start introducing cereal in their milk. Do not put allot of cereal in their milk since they are still young but put just a little bit of cereal in their bottle to coat their stomachs. As baby's get older plain milk isn't enough to keep them sleeping through the night but around 6 months and older depending on your child start introducing small amounts of cereal in their milk.

  2. Step 2

Another great way to get them to sleep all night after you have fed them, is to give them a nice bath. I am pretty sure we realize how much easier it is for us to go to sleep after a bath, well the same methodology applies to babies also. Give them a nice bath and they will be out like a light.

  3. Step 3

After you give your child a bath rub baby lotion on their arms and legs so there skin feels fresh. Once you lay them in the crib play some baby music and before you know it they will be out like a light bulb.
