Connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The cable hooks into the bottom of the player, with the Sony Walkman symbol, which looks like a W, facing upward.

Open Windows Media Player on your computer. If your MP3 player is connected properly, the media player will display "WALKMAN" in its menu. This is where you place your video files.

Locate the video file you want to put on your MP3 player and select it by clicking on it with your computer's mouse.

Once the video is selected, "drag" the video across the media player to the "WALKMAN" display on the player.

When the "WALKMAN" display lights up, release the mouse to "drop" the video into your MP3 player's video file.

Repeat the process to place additional videos.
