How to Treat Boils & Cysts With Wheatgrass
Boils and cysts are usually a sub-cutaneous bacterial infection that results in a puss pocket under the skin. Wheatgrass can reduce inflammation and can prevent the reformation of the puss. Through this mechanism, wheatgrass can help treat boils and cysts. Although there are a number of pre-made poultices and creams, making your own wheatgrass poultice is quick and easy and ensures that the wheatgrass treatment uses only very fresh grass.

Tips & Warnings
Use a natural soap. Make sure that the soap is thoroughly rinsed from the skin as some soaps can clog pores. Use hot water to help relax and soften the skin to allow the wheatgrass juice to penetrate to the boil or cyst. If you are using a homemade poultice, make sure something is in the sink to catch any chunks of wheatgrass as they could clog your drain.
