  1. Step 1

Decide what kind of supernatural experiences you want to explore. Do you want to explore haunted locations with tour groups? Do you want to go exploring on your own? Or would you rather accompany an actual group of ghost hunters on an evening of looking for proof of life after death? Seattle offers all this and more.

  2. Step 2

Explore your options using some online resources to do your homework on haunted Seattle. For a list of haunted locations that you can explore yourself, visit The Shadowlands at theshadowlands.net/places/washington.htm.

  3. Step 3

Complete your trip to haunted Seattle by booking a night in the Hotel Andra, located at 2000 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Haunted manifestations include ghostly appearances, objects levitating, and apparent jazz-era parties in empty rooms! For booking information, call 206-448-8600 or go to www.hotelandra.com.

  4. Start Exploring

  5. Step 1

Start your journey into haunted Seattle by taking the famous Underground Seattle tour. Better yet, opt for the Seattle Underworld Tour, an adult tour that includes the real dirt on Seattle's sordid history of crime, corruption and murder.

  6. Step 2

Expand your knowledge of the darker side of Seattle with a Private Eye Tour of Seattle. For just $25 for three hours by van, a knowledgeable local guide will take you on a tour of ghostly visits off the beaten track. Visit www.privateeyetours.com for more information.

  7. Step 3

Get your hands on some real pieces of Seattle's history at the Seattle Museum of Mysteries. This museum not only offers the only oxygen bar in Seattle, fortune telling and artifacts of the mysterious and unexplained, but they also offer Ghost Tours of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, including the famous Harvard Exit Theater, where ghostly laughter has been reported, along with sightings of a hanging body! Ghost tours are every Saturday evening. Visit their website for more details at www.seattlechatclub.org/museum.html.

  8. Step 4

Come face to face with ghosts by tagging along with A.G.H.O.S.T., the Advanced Ghost Hunters of Seattle-Tacoma. Using state of the art equipment, determination and genuine scientific research, these ghost hunters spend their evenings and weekends exploring the paranormal. Their website has thorough information on local phenomena that they have explored and analyzed, and they also offer expeditions to public cemeteries and other facilities that you may be able to tag along with.
