The Myspace Angle is a camera angle used primarily on...Myspace. It's used to hide imperfections and to make pictures look better. If you have a Myspace, then you've probably seen this all over the place. It's very easy to produce the Myspace Angle, but it's also easy to mess it up. Here's how to capture the Myspace Angle, the right way.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Camera Phone
  • Digital Camera (recommend)
  1. Step 1

(Decide between a body shot or a head shot.) There are two main types of Myspace Angles; one of the entire body, or one of just the face. The body shot is angled down towards your feet and is more "believable". The head shot is angled up towards your face and is a lot easier to photograph. Decide which Myspace Angle you want to use before taking the picture.

  2. Step 2

(Hold the camera / camera phone vertically.) Most pictures with Myspace Angles are taken vertically Hold the camera / camera phone vertically, facing towards you, and at a either a downward or an upward angle.

  3. Step 3

(Take the picture.) With the camera in the position, you're ready to take the picture with the Myspace Angle. Now, take the picture.

  4. Step 4

(Review the picture.) Look at the picture once it has been taken. The Myspace Angle is very distinct looking. Make sure the angle is sharp enough so that you see most of your body, with your face at the top. (Or most of your face if you are taking a picture of it.)

  5. Step 5

(Upload the picture to Myspace.) If the picture comes out good, then upload it to Myspace. Now you have a picture using the infamous Myspace Angle!

Tips & Warnings
  • Check the picture before uploading it! You might have seen the picture of the girl in the pink bikini in the bathroom floating around on the Internet. It's pretty disgusting, and now it's online forever. Double check your pictures before you put them on Myspace, or any social networking site.
