Things You'll Need
- Protein powder
- Low-fat milk
- Organic strawberries
- Organic bananas
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop low-calorie vanilla ice cream or yogurt
- Peanut butter
- Ice
- Blender

Add 2 cups of ice to one scoop of vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt. Use low-calorie ice cream if possible.
