Make an Interchangeable Watch Band
Make an Interchangeable Watch Band

Here is a fun watch band that anyone can make! Beware: Making these watches is VERY addicting! You'll be making one for every color of shirt you wear!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lobster claws
  • 0.8 Stretch cords
  • beads
  • Super Glue
  • White felt
  1. Step 1

Mark on your white felt how big your wrist is. Remember that your watch face will also determine how big of a band you will need to make!

  2. Step 2

Lay out your pattern. Make sure to include your lobster claws on the sides and your spacers in the middle!

  3. Step 3

Grab your Stretch cord and start threading your beads. I start with the bottom lobster claw on the left side(looking at your beads), and continue going in a clockwise direction. Don't forget to add your spacers (which are beads that are in the middle of the two strands)!

  4. Step 4

Once you have your watch band the length you desire, pull tightly, and tie in a knot. Place some glue on the knot for more durability. Place on a watch face and enjoy!
