Instructions

    • 1

Make a diaper cake, a multilayered display of disposable diapers fashioned to look like a cake. Search for ideas online, and incorporate the mom-to-be's favorite colors when choosing the ribbons and decorations. Place small baby toys and products atop the cake.

    • 2

Fill a small galvanized washtub with blue raffia or curling ribbon, then "float" pink, blue or yellow rubber ducks in the "water." Add small toys, bottles and pacifiers around the ducks.

    • 3

Make a pickle bouquet for the mom-to-be who is experiencing food cravings. Cover a large pickle jar with baby wrapping paper or ribbon. Stick pickles on skewers and place the skewers in the jar to make the bouquet.

    • 4

Place an especially cute stuffed animal in the middle of the table. Wrap it in a blanket and add a pacifier, or display it in a large gift box.
