A title page for a grant proposal is meant to give a clear concise view of what your grant proposal is all about. While there are many ways to format the title page the information given should be common ground.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    State the amount of grant money you are requesting.

  2. Step 2

    Identify the agency, business or group that is applying for the grant funding.

  3. Step 3

    Give a short statement of why you are requesting grant money.

  4. Step 4

    Give a short descriptive title of the project you are seeking funding for.

  5. Step 5

    Indicate the length of your project that needs funding and any time frames you may have.

  6. Step 6

    Give your full name, your title and what group or company the grant proposal is for.

  7. Step 7

    Include a address and phone number that the approval board can contact the group for further questioning.

  8. Step 8

    Include the date you are submitting your grant request.

  9. Step 9

    Attach your title page to the top of your grant proposal.
