How to Create a Strawberry Sundae

Sundaes are a classic dessert that many people love, whether it is for desert or on a hot day. Here is a guide on how to make a strawberry sundae that tastes both fresh and sweet.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 10 strawberries
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 5-6 almond biscuits
  • 5-6 mini meringues
  • A few teaspoons of raspberry jam
  • whipped cream
  • wafer
  • A few squares of milk chocolate
  • serving glass
  • ice cream scoop
  • teaspoon
  • knife
  • fork
  • bowl
  • grater
  1. Step 1

    Set one strawberry aside for later. Put the rest of the strawberries into the bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Crush the strawberries in a bowl with a fork.

  3. Step 3

    Put some small scoops of the vanilla ice cream into a sundae dish.

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle some of your previously crushed strawberries onto your ice cream.

  5. Step 5

    Crumble one of the mini meringues over the ice cream and crushed strawberries.

  6. Step 6

    Sprinkle in a teaspoon of jam.

  7. Step 7

    Crumble a couple of almond biscuits on top of everything.

  8. Step 8

    Add another layer of ice cream, more strawberries, meringue, jam and biscuits.

  9. Step 9

    Top everything off with a final layer of ice cream.

  10. Step 10

    Squirt some whipped cream on the very top.

  11. Step 11

    Grate some chocolate into the whipped cream, stick a wafer and put the last strawberry on top for decoration.

Tips & Warnings
  • Dip the ice cream scoop into some warm water before you use it. This makes it easier to scoop ice cream with.
