How to Add MP3 Ringtones to the HTC Touch
Most phone users are unable to find or are reluctant to pay to have a favorite song set as a ringtone. The HTC Touch cell phone, with its MP3 playback capabilities, lets you select any MP3 from its music library as a selectable and editable ringtone.

On your HTC Touch phone, go to the Audio Manager by selecting Start>Programs>Audio Manager and select a song, which will open the Music Player.

Select Menu from the Music Player.

Select Set as Ringtone.

Select Trim to edit the start and stop time of the ringtone. Use the stylus to drag the start and stop arrows on the song length bar.

Select OK to confirm the ringtone and it will be set as the default ringtone. The ringtone will be saved under Start>Settings>Personal>Phone.
