Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Noni juice
  • Grape juice
  • Cup
  • Measuring spoon
  1. Step 1

Fill a cup with grape juice as soon as you get up in the morning. It is important that you don't eat before you take your dose of Noni juice. This way you will get the most benefit from it.

  2. Step 2

Measure out one tablespoon of Noni juice and place it in your grape juice. Stir the Noni juice to mix it in.

  3. Step 3

Drink the cup of grape juice with the Noni juice in it. Wait a half-hour, then eat breakfast.

  4. Step 4

Take the Noni in grape juice each morning for six mornings, and then skip it the seventh day. You might want to begin your regiment on Sunday and then take Saturdays off.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can substitute juices if you don't like grape juice. One bottle will only last one month for one person. If you have more people in your family, you should be aware that you need one bottle for each person.
