Visit a local clothing store, such as Target, Wal-Mart or K-Mart, to view possible T-shirt styles. Determine if you want a T-shirt with a v-shaped neck, scoop neck, straight neck or short sleeves, capped sleeves, 3/4 sleeves, etc.

Open a new Microsoft Word Document, type in the message you would like printed on the sorority t-shirt. If the sorority T-shirt is for an upcoming volunteer program consider a famous quote on volunteerism and selflessness. If the sorority T-shirt being designed is for an upcoming sporting event consider a school motto.

Pick a size, font and color for the words appearing on the sorority T-shirt. Determine where you would like the words to appear on the shirt, which will help decide the size the text will need to be.

Include the Greek sorority letters on the sorority T-shirt. Consider having them on a sleeve or pocket of the shirt so they are distinguished from the rest of the shirt. Pick a size that will make Greek sorority letters easy to read.
