How to Make Protein Shakes with Dates
Protein shakes are essential for weight training and bulking up, but the same vanilla shakes with banana and peanut butter can get old. Fresh dates are believed to have medicinal properties, helping the body cleanse toxic properties. A protein shake made with fresh dates, orange, almond and vanilla flavors will be sure to awaken your taste buds with its North African/Middle Eastern taste while giving you the energy you need to get through a workout.
