Learn to meditate to have more peace of mind and joy in your life. Your mind is very powerful, you are what you think. There are many meditation books to buy, but picking the right book can make a big difference in your life. Many different religions also use meditation. Choose wisely which meditation tips you decide to follow.

  1. Step 1

    Learn to meditate by thinking good positive thoughts always. Look for the good in life, worrying about something over and over, is meditating too. Meditate on good things, because worrying does nothing.

  2. Step 2

    Push out negative thoughts whenever one enters your mind. Aim for progress and keep pushing those bad thoughts out. Realize that negativity is a big part of humans lives, but it can be conquered.

  3. Step 3

    Believe that your mind is very powerful and your attitude and how you view the world can change your world. Make the choice to meditate everyday and soon your world will change for the better.

  4. Step 4

    Read God’s Word. Remember, God’s Word is very powerful. Find verses in the Bible to help you in any problem area of your life. Repeat those verse whenever those problems arise. Watch the God of peace help you in every area, through Jesus Christ.

    (John 14:27) Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

  5. Step 5

    Realize that it takes time to learn to meditate. Train your brain to break those negative thinking habits, which have kept you in bondage for years. Gain peace one day at a time, for yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not yet come, and today is a gift.

  • Believe in the power of prayer
  • Meditate on walks giving thanks to God and asking for His help
  • "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - think about such things." Philippians 4:8
  • Don't let the Devil's lies deceive you, for he is very real, and wants you to feel worthless
