Sometimes you might want to lose weight fast in order to be thinner for an upcoming event or summer bikini season. Although it may not be the best way to lose weight, diets that offer you quick weight loss solutions can sometimes give you a headstart on long term weightloss.

  1. Step 1

    Eat a low carbohydrate diet to the quickest way to lose weight. This diet consists of meat, cheese and eggs as the main source of nutrition. Carbohydrates should consist of no more than 20 grams of your total calorie intake if you want rapid weight loss.

  2. Step 2

    Consume no more than 10 grams or less of fat daily to lose weight quickly. All fat that is consumed should come from unsaturated fat sources such as olive oil and nuts.

  3. Step 3

    Drink at least ten 8 ounces glasses of water daily to help lose fat and increase weight loss. Water will help you to feel full and decrease hunger pangs.

  4. Step 4

    Consider a weight loss product such as Hoodia, Dexatrim or other appetite suppressant aid to help you feel less hungry and increase metabolism. Check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

  5. Step 5

    Try a quick weight loss program such as weight watchers, nutrislim or slim fast to help kick start weight loss efforts.

  6. Step 6

    Work out at least 60 minutes every day to experience rapid weight loss. You should do a combination of fat burning aerobic exercise and weight training exercises to encourage fat loss and muscle growth.
