With busy summer schedule meal planning can be hard. So any recipe that will allow me to snack through the day and still keep my figure is one that I enjoy. This recipe does need a little prep time, but can keep you snacking for some time. This treat is also great for those kids that are picky fruit eater.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • fruit
  • cream cheese
  • marsh mellow fluff
  1. Step 1

1 8 ounce block of cream cheese.
1 small container of marshmallow fluff
Fruit of your choice (see below for fruit suggestions)

  2. Step 2

Thoroughly mix the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. For some added fun mix in a few drops of food coloring.

  3. Step 3

Wash, peel and cut fruit into bite size chunks. Arrange fruit on a platter and place cream cheese dip in the center. Enjoy.

  4. Step 4

Adding food coloring can make it fun for the picky fruit eater, or just for a special occasion. Fruit that are best for this recipe are firm fruits like pineapple, cantelope, honeydew, grapes and strawberries. Apples and banana tend to turn brown when cut up so if you choose to use these fruits eat immediately. A lower in fat alternative try using fat free cream cheese.
