Instructions

  1. Relieve Skin Fungus Problems

    • 1

Pour 1 tsp. bleach into a spray bottle. Fill the bottle three-quarters full with warm tap water. Put the cover on the spray bottle, and shake the bottle several times. Squirt the bleach mixture out several times.

    • 2

      Rinse the spray bottle thoroughly.

    • 3

Fill a sanitary bowl with 1 quart distilled water. Add 1 oz. grapefruit seed extract to the bowl. Stir with a clean wooden spoon.

    • 4

Pour the solution into the spray bottle using a funnel.

    • 5

Spray the solution onto the affected areas of your skin twice daily until the skin fungus clears up. Allow your skin to air-dry.

    Clean Fresh Vegetables

    • 6

Fill a clean sink with 1 quart of cold water. Pour 1 oz. grapefruit seed extract into the water. Stir slightly with clean hands.

    • 7

Place fresh vegetables into the solution. Allow them to soak for approximately 10 to 15 minutes to sanitize and remove any pesticide residue.

    • 8

Remove the vegetables and drain them with a strainer.

    Relieve Lips and Cold Sores

    • 9

Combine 1 tbsp. olive oil with 1 to 3 drops of grapefruit seed extract in a small, airtight plastic container. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until it's well combined.

    • 10

Using a clean fingertip, apply the solution to your lips and any cold sores for soothing relief and natural healing. Repeat this several times daily and after eating.

    • 11

Cover any unused solution and store it in the refrigerator.

    Purify Drinking Water

    • 12

Add 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract to 1 gallon of drinking water.

    • 13

      Stir vigorously for several minutes.

    • 14

Allow the water mixture to sit for approximately 10 minutes. The grapefruit seed extract will help to remove impurities from the water and sanitize it.

    • 15

Refrigerate the water, if possible. This is not required, though.

    Sanitize Carpets

    • 16

Remove the water tank from your carpet steam cleaner. Fill the tank halfway with warm water.

    • 17

Add 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract to the water tank.

    • 18

Fill the tank to the fill line with water.

    • 19

Insert the water tank in the steam cleaner. Steam-clean your rugs as usual. Repeat until all of the carpeting is clean.
