Click "Customer Support" on the green upper bar menu.
Click "Comment on a Stay" under the "Choice Customer Service" menu.
Fill your personal information into the text boxes, and use the drop-down menu to indicate nature of your complaint.
Type your detailed complaint into the "Comments" box and click "Submit Comments."
