Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup of cooked Quinoa
- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
- 1 apple
- Honey
- Cinnamon

Step 1
Take about one cup of already cooked and cooled quinoa and add it to a pot. Quinoa is very easy to make. Check the resources section for specific steps on preparing Quinoa.

Step 2
Now add half a cup of your favorite Oatmeal, sliced apples and a dash of cinnamon powder to the pot with the already cooked Quinoa. Add three cups of water to the pot and begin to cook in a low heat setting for twenty minutes.

Step 3
Allow the high protein breakfast to cool before serving. To give a sweet taste add some drops of honey or additional fruit of your choice and enjoy!
