Eat 4 cookies throughout the day. You should eat one cookie for breakfast, one for a late morning snack, one for lunch, and one for a late afternoon snack. Remember that these are meal replacements, so don't eat anything else during these meals or snacks.

Be sure to drink plenty of water. Drinking extra water would also be a good idea. However, avoid drinking anything with calories like juice or soda, which can add too many calories.

For dinner, you should eat a regular meal. However, it should be a fully balanced meal. Try to eat one portion of protein, one portion of grains, and 2-3 portions of vegetables and/or fruit. If you're going to eat dessert, try to stick to fresh fruit.
