Then here is your option and it is a great one!

Let contents sit for 10 minutes while you get the oven preheated. You may choose to make kebabs on skewers or make oval patties instead.

Place the kebabs on a preheated grill, approximately 3 inches apart leaving space to roll the Kebabs.Baste the kebabs while they are grilling and use tongs to turn them over.Grill kebabs depending on your grill and the type of meat used. A good rule of thumb is a minimum of 6 minutes to a maximum of 15 minutes total grilling time. I personally prefer to place the patties on the middle rack and low grill settings.

When the Kebabs are done serve with white rice or special rice such as Biryani or vegetable rice. You may choose to granish with cut up onions and pieces of lime.

Tips & Warnings
  • You may add artificial red color to improve the look of your kebabs
  • Observe Kebabs while they are being grilled to ensure they are not over cooked, when they are done they come out soft and can easily crumble
  • If you do not like your kebabs spicy, omit the chilly powder and the serrano peppers.
