Now that you have created your MetaTags for your website, the next step is to embed the MetaTags on your website. For more information on creating "MetaTags" and "Search Engine Optimization," see my other articles.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Log into the control panel of your website.

  2. Step 2

Click on the "File Directory." The file directory is simply the location where all of your web pages are stored.

  3. Step 3

Open the HTML editor by clicking on the page you would like to place the code on. It is recommended that you place the MetaTags on every webpage of your site. However, you will have to do this one page at a time.

  4. Step 4

Look for "head" and "/head" tags that are located at the top of the HTML editor. The tags will be enclosed in brackets "<>"

  5. Step 5

Paste your MetaTag code anywhere between the first head tag and the last head tag. This is important because if you past the MetaTags outside of the last head tag, the code will not work and your website visitors will be able to see the code.
