Aloe Vera Gel comes from the Aloe Vera plant. It is used as a medicine to soothe and heal skin. Aloe Vera Gel can be used to relieve dryness, heal sunburn, heal a cut, and even soften the rough skin on your elbows or knees. Aloe Vera Gel is sold in a bottle at many health stores and pharmacies. It is also readily available online. Once you purchase a bottle you will need to know how to store it.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Purchase your Aloe Vera Gel and set it on a shelf in your home until you are ready to use it for the first time.

  2. Step 2

    Get your Aloe Vera Gel off of the shelf when you need to use it on your skin. Remove the lid and spread on the desired areas of your skin. Replace the lid when you are finished.

  3. Step 3

    Open your refrigerator and find a place to fit the Aloe Vera Gel bottle. You can place it in a rack on the door or on one of the shelves. Where it fits depends on the size of the bottle you purchased.

  4. Step 4

    Continue to store your Aloe Vera Gel in your refrigerator after each use until the bottle is empty.
