In Corel Paintshop Pro X2, the user can install plugins that provide compatibility for files from other applications. In Paintshop Pro X2, the default installation path for plugins is C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2\Languages\EN\PlugIns. Plugins added to this folder will automatically be seen the next time the program is launched. If you wish to install plugins in another folder, a path to the folder location must be added to the plugin install directory. The following steps walk you through the short process to install a plugin.
