Open your Internet browser. Allow the Internet browser's screen to open and load successfully before attempting to perform any further actions.

Access the browser's Internet options and settings. Click on the "Tools" tab on the navigation menu in the upper-left corner of your Internet browser's window. Select the "Internet options" tab. A rectangular dialog window will open.

Locate and select the browser's privacy settings and configurations. In the Internet Options dialog window, click the "Security" tab and select the red "Restricted sites" icon that appears in the window. Click on the "Sites" tab, which will be below the "Restricted sites" tab.

Block the YouTube IP address. In the data form that will appear when the "Restricted sites" dialog window opens, clear the present website address. Replace this address with "www.youtube.com." Click on the "Add" action to finalize your request to block the YouTube web URL and IP address. (By adding the YouTube web URL to your browser's block list, its IP address will automatically be restricted as well.) Click "Close" at the bottom of the window to conclude the blocking process.
