How to Use Sawhorses
Sawhorses are useful and flexible tools available in two main design configurations: permanent and folding (collapsible). Sawhorses are built and used in matching pairs and always have an A-frame structure. Traditionally made of wood but now also made of heavy-duty plastic and metals, sawhorses can serve a wide variety of functions in household, construction and commercial uses. Does this Spark an idea?

Use sawhorses to stabilize lumber and other materials off the ground for measuring, cutting, sanding, finishing and painting.

2
Balance a piece of plywood across two sawhorses spaced a few feet apart to serve as a tabletop. This "table" can be used as a work area, desk, impromptu picnic and barbecue table, or a stable workbench for nearly any task.

Create temporary barricades to manage crowds, off-limits areas, crime scenes, parade routes, blocked pathways and streets, or any setting where a lightweight flexible barrier is needed.
