How to Make Juices With Brewers Yeast
Brewer's yeast is made of dead yeast cells that have high nutritional value. They are different than the live yeast cells used to make bread. They provide protein, vitamin B, amino acids, and minerals that can supplement your health and assist vegetarians in getting the proteins they need in their diet. Position a drinking glass under the juice spout on your juicer.

Slice and remove the seeds from both apples.

Cut the apples into small chunks, and put them in the juicer. Process both apples into juice by running them through the juicer.

Peel and section the orange. Remove the seeds.

Add the orange sections to the juicer gradually until the entire fruit is juiced.

Remove the glass from the juicer. Stir the apple and orange juice together until it is well blended.

Measure 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast, and mix it into the juice until it is well blended.

Tips & Warnings
Add extra teaspoons of brewer's yeast once your body acclimates to the drink. Higher dosages of brewer's yeast can cause gas.
The tyramine chemicals in brewer's yeast may interact with MAO and narcotic analgesic medications. Mixing brewer's yeast with these medications could cause a heart attack or stroke.
