How to Measure Shin Guards

Try the shin guards on. Whenever possible, try the shin guards on before buying them to ensure a snug but comfortable fit in which the shin guard sits an inch below the knee cap. They should fully protect your shin while allowing your leg to freely bend and move without interference. They should be snug around the leg.
