How to Convert an MP3 to VCD

MP3s might be the most popular audio format around now days. They are easy to access, download quickly from the Internet, can be uploaded to mobile audio devices such as iPods and can be used with most audio programs. However, there does come a time when the MP3 format will not work properly and needs to be converted. If someone is looking to create a video CD, then the MP3 will need to be converted to a VCD format.

Instructions

      Download Advanced X video convert. A link is provided in the Resources section. Select "Advanced X Video Converter" for the list of available downloads. Click "Save File" when asked if you would like to save the file. The converter will now begin to download.

      Double click the newly downloaded file. It will appear in either a "Downloads" pop-up window or as an icon on the desktop.

      Click "OK" and then "RUN" when asked if you would like to run the program.

      Click "Next" when the installation wizard launches.

      Scroll through the license agreement, and check "I accept the agreement." Click "Next." You will not be allowed to install the converter without accepting.

      Click "Next" when shown the installation location. You can change it by clicking "Browse" and then typing in the desired destination; however, the default settings are recommended.

      Click "Next" again and then "Install." Click "Finish" when the installation has finished and the Advanced X converter will launch automatically.

      Click "Add Tasks" in the main window and then "All to VCD/SVCD" in the task window.

      Click "Next" and then drag in your desired files you wish to convert into the "Source Video File" window. Click "Done" and the MP3 Files will begin to convert to VCD
