Assemble your four ingredients for the detox diet and get out a pitcher.

Using the stirring spoon, blend well. This makes one serving. Simply double and triple the amounts of the ingredients to make a larger batch of the cayenne, maple syrup and lemon cleanse.

Because the ingredients can go bad, it's not wise to make more than one day's serving in advance.
