• Curling iron (1½" to 2") Hair Curl Clips Volumizing Hair Spray

Getting Curly

1. Turn on your curling iron to medium to high heat.

2. Mist the volumizing hair spray throughout all of your hair. Flip your head upside down if necessary to make sure that all of your hair is evenly coated.

3. Separate a one-inch section of hair in the front of your head.

4. Clip the curling iron close to your roots on that section of hair.

5. Pull the iron half an inch and curl it up. Do this continuously until all of that section of hair is either clipped in or curled around the iron. Beginning at the roots of your hair as opposed to the ends will increase the overall volume in the final style.

6. Release the hair from the curling iron.

7. Use your fingers and curl the section into a tube that is about the same size as the curling iron.

8. Clip the section to your scalp with a hair curl clip.

9. Continue to work with one inch sections of your hair and clip the curled sections to your head.

10. Spray the clipped hair with your volumizing hair spray.

11. Allow the clipped hair to set for about 30 minutes.

12. Release your hair from the curl clips.

13. Run your fingers throughout your hair to complete the style. You can use your fingers and hands to move the hair across your eyes to create the Jessica Simpson look. You can also clamp your hand around the curls in order to perfect the style. Running your hands throughout your hair naturally enhances the shine of your hair.
