How to Get Your Neopets Account Unfrozen

If you tried to login to your Neopets account only to discover it has been frozen, you're probably worried that you'll never see your Neopets, items and Neopoints again. Well, not to worry, if your account was wrongfully frozen you may be able to get it reactivated.

1. Read the Neopets terms and conditions. Although Neopets accounts are occasionally frozen wrongfully, more often than not they're frozen for violating the terms and conditions. If your account was frozen because you violated the rules, the chances of getting your account reactivated are slim.

2. Watch for Neomail telling you why your account was frozen. 4. Wait for a reply. Neopets is a very popular website so the Neopets team is pretty busy. Sometimes it may take days, or even weeks, to hear back from them. Be patient, but if you haven't heard from them in a week, it's acceptable to send a follow-up email to inquire about the status of your account.
