Install the nutrition tracker software onto your Blackberrry. Before you attempt to sync the program onto your Blackberry, check the specifications to ensure that your device will work with the program.

Enter your current weight and weight loss goals. To start using the application, you will want to provide the Blackberry nutrition tracker with your current weight and height as well as your goal weight. Based on your figures, the application will let you know whether you are underweight, a healthy weight, overweight or obese.

Open up the "Nutrient" database. On here, you will find different categories of food. Scroll through the menus to save the food items that you consume each day. Next to each food item, you will see the number of calories and fat grams in the selection. Click "Parameters" if you want to change the nutritional information displayed.
