How to Measure a Boy for Football Shoulder Pads
Football is an American tradition for all people, from youth to adults. One of the most difficult parts of preparing for this sport is getting the proper equipment. Shoulder pads are something every player needs, and if they aren't the proper size they can cause the player to lack proper range of motion or, even worse, not prevent the injury they were designed to protect against. Measuring properly for shoulder pads is of utmost importance.

Tips & Warnings
Once you find shoulder pads based on your measurements, have the player try them on without a jersey and make sure they cover everything properly. Have the player move his arms around to make sure his movement isn't restricted. Then have him put on his jersey and helmet to make sure everything fits appropriately.
