Insert the Microsoft PowerPoint installation disk into the computer.

Type in your name, initials and the business you are associated with (if applicable), and click "Continue."

Click "I Agree" when shown the license agreement. You will not be allowed to install Microsoft PowerPoint without agreeing.

Type in the user key. This can be found on the PowerPoint installation disk's case. Click "OK."

Click "OK" again when shown the installation location. If you wish to change it, click "Browse" and type in your desired location. The recommended location is shown.

Click "Install," and the installation will begin. This will take a few minutes. Click "Finish" when informed that the installation is complete.

Purchase the download from the website provided in the Resources section. The download will begin once Microsoft has charged your card. Since it is a large file, it will take several minutes. During this time, you will also be emailed a user key to be used to activate the software.

Double-click the newly downloaded file if Microsoft PowerPoint does not launch automatically. It will appear as an icon on the desktop.
