Take a Screenshot On a PC

Take a screen shot on your PC person computer using the Prt Scr or Print Screen key located at the top or the side of your keyboard. Taking screen shots or screen captures is easy once you learn how but it will take time learning this task at first.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Most keyboards have an option to Print Screen. This button on my keyboard is just above the backspace button. A smaller key that has a line under Prt Scr and under the line is says SysRq. Hit that button and then open your image document or MS Word document and you should be able to go to edit and then click paste.

  2. Step 2

To take a screenshot on a PC you can also hit the Print Screen button that says PrtScr and then after clicking back on your Word or Image viewer you hold down "Ctrl V" which will also paste the screen captured picture.

  3. Step 3

Taking a screen shot on a PC is slightly different than Mac because you have to hold the Apple key down and then the V to past the screenshot.
