Things You'll Need:
- Firefox web browser (these steps are specifically for Firefox version 3.0)

Step 1
Once you have finished your Firefox web browsing session, locate the word "Tools" on your standard toolbar, which is right beneath your [blue] title bar.
Single-left-click the word "Tools". -
Step 2
A drop down menu will appear.
Near the bottom of the list, you will see "Clear Private Data".
Single-left click "Clear Private Data". -
Step 3
Then "Clear Private Data" dialog box will come up.
Check/uncheck the items you wish to delete out of your web browser's history. -
Step 4
Once you have selected each item you wanted cleared from your Firefox's history, select "Clear Private Data Now" towards the lower right of the dialog box.

Step 5
All information you chose to delete has now been deleted.
You may now proceed!
