1. Go to the bank around your area where you deposit your money, they usually offer free notary public service to their customers.

2. Make sure to bring driver license or other photo ID's to get notarize signature. Check the document to make sure everyone those who need to sign the document go to notary public. Do not sign the document unless at front of notary public.

3. Everyone who need to sign the document need to show their photo ID's to notary public and tell him or her what kind of document you're signing.

4. After everyone signed the document, notary public will seal it with notary public stamp, sign and date it.
