How to Hydrate Your Dry Face Skin
Your dry skin needs more attention than other skin types. Treat it gently during your daily skin care routine. Hydrate your facial skin once or twice a week with a homemade mask to nourish and balance it. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Gentle exfoliating scrub
- Milky cleanser
- Cotton balls
- Facial mist
- Moisturizing cream
- Avocado
- Honey
- Bowl
- Fork

Exfoliate with a gentle face scrub to polish dead skin away. Rub it on your face with your fingertips a circular motion using light pressure. Rinse well with warm or cool water.

Cleanse your face with a milky cleanser. This product will help to take off grime. Soak a cotton ball in the cleanser and wipe it gently over your facial skin.

Spray your skin with a facial mist product or with plain, cool water. Don't use toner on your dry skin, because it can be dehydrating. Pat it dry.

Apply moisturizing cream. Look for products that contain ingredients like cocoa butter and almond oil. Pat the moisturizer on your skin with your fingers. Use circular motions to massage it into your skin.

Put on a hydrating mask once or twice a week. Make one yourself by combining 1/2 cup of fresh avocado with 1/4 cup of honey in a small bowl. Mash the mixture to a smooth consistency with a fork. Smooth the mask onto your face, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, and rinse it off with warm or cool water.
