How to Install DirectShow Decoder
There are many bands that grant fans the ability to record their live concerts and later distribute them (as long as nobody charges for them). This is great for fans; however, most of the time, the audio is recorded in a format that Windows Media Player and iTunes don't understand. That is where DirectShow Decoder can help. Follow the link provided in the Resources section.

Click " DirectShow Decoder Release 2."

Click "Save File" when asked if you would like to save the file.

Double-click the newly downloaded file. It will appear in either a Downloads pop-up window or as an icon on the desktop.

Click "OK" and then "Run" when asked if you would like to run the program.

Click "Next" when shown the installation location. If you wish to change it, click "Change" and then insert your desired location.

Click "Install" when shown the license agreement. The installation will now begin.

Click "Finish" when a pop-up declares the installation is complete.
