Apply Lipstick That Will Stay Put
Apply Lipstick That Will Stay Put

You don't have to reapply your lipstick all the time, just learn the right way to put it on and the lipstick will stay put longer.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • lipstick
  • foundation
  • lip liner
  • lip brush
  • tissue
  1. Step 1

Put some vaseline on your lips and use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub away dead skin cells. Make sure you are very gentle, you don't want to make them more chapped.

  2. Step 2

Apply foundation on your face, and cover your lips lightly too.

  3. Step 3

Use a lip liner that matches your lipstick, or your lips. Outline your lip line not sticking out of it. Then color the rest of your lips with the same pencil.

  4. Step 4

Use a lipbrush to apply lipstick on your entire lips. Blend it from the middle to the corners. If you use a brighter color, be sure to color into the corners.

  5. Step 5

Blot with tissue, then reapply another coat, blot again. You can use a lip sealant or lip gloss on top if you like too.
