How to Clean a Sigrid Olsen Leather Purse
-
1
Remove all contents from your purse. Open and shake your purse over a trash can to eliminate crumbs and other debris.
-
2
Dip your cloth into the saddle soap until you have scooped up about 1/8 of a cup, and start rubbing over all of the leather on the purse. If you'd prefer, you can simply make a paste with liquid hand soap and water instead. Rub firmly and in a circular motion until the entire purse is covered with the soap. Continue massaging the saddle soap into the leather until it starts to soak in.

3
Switch to your second cotton cloth and rub away the saddle soap. Use your third cloth to apply about 2 tablespoons of Armor All to the purse. Use more if your purse is a larger, tote-style bag. Rub the Armor All into the leather until it has disappeared.
-
4
Use your last clean cloth to go over all of the leather on the purse one last time. This step will essentially polish the leather and leave it with a supple sheen.
-
5
Wrap one of your hands in duct tape or packaging tape and run it through the entire interior in the purse, paying special attention to pockets and corners. This will rid your Sigrid Olsen purse of any stray dust and debris that didn't fall out when the purse was shaken.
Dip a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and clean away any residue from the saddle soap and/or Armor All that may have gotten on any of the metal purse fixtures.
