Write Response Cards
Write Response Cards

Response cards have become an important aspect to the invitations sent out for important events such as weddings or birthdays. These cards can help you plan how many people will, or will not attend your event. Write response cards for your next party.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Create a separate card that is enclosed in the invitation when you write response cards.

  2. Step 2

Give the reason for the response card first. For example, you could write 'Jill would like to request your attendance at her 21st birthday party'.

  3. Step 3

Arrange an area on the response card for the invited guest to reply with their answer. Simple boxes to check that say 'will be attending' or 'will not be attending' are fine.

  4. Step 4

Write out the return address and add a stamp when making response cards. This makes it more likely that the card will be returned to you.

  5. Step 5

Add the location of the event and information on who the invitee can contact if they have questions.
