Things You'll Need:
- "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" for your platform
-
Step 1
Install "Oblivion" on a PC. Put the disc into your disk drive, and the install process should begin automatically. If it does not, go to "My Computer" and double click the drive where the disc was inserted. On most computers, your CD/DVD drive is your D: drive. If the install does not begin automatically, right click your CD/DVD drive and select "Explore." The contents of the disc will appear, allowing you to double click on the setup.exe file to begin the installation manually.
-
Step 2
Install "Oblivion" on Xbox 360. Power up the Xbox console by pressing the round button on the front and then insert the "Oblivion" disc. The game will automatically save the data it needs to your system and begin playing. If you have an Xbox Live membership--either Gold or Silver will do--and a hard drive accessory, the game will automatically download free software patches to help it run smoother.
-
Step 3
Install "Oblivion" on Playstation 3. Press the power button on the PS3, located to the right of the disc drive opening on the front of the system. Once you log into your profile, insert the disc. The game will automatically begin and will prompt you to allow it to save material to your hard drive. Click "OK" and the game will automatically load necessary data onto your console and then begin.
