Use Aloe Vera in Numerous Ways

Aloe Vera is a very useful plant that has been used for centuries in medicine. It is mostly used to soothe sunburns, but what many people may not know is that it has many other uses. Here are a list of ways to use Aloe Vera.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

One of the most common uses of Aloe Vera is to soothe a sunburn. It can be one of the most important ingredients to aid in healing the burn.

  2. Step 2

As well as sunburns, regular burns, cuts, and bruises also benefit from Aloe Vera being applied to the skin.

  3. Step 3

Have an itchy insect bite? Applying Aloe Vera to the skin will soothe it in seconds, taking that nasty itch away!

  4. Step 4

If a rash or allergic reaction is present on the skin, this works wonders. Apply it a couple of times a day and you'll soon find relief.

  5. Step 5

If you have dry skin switch your lotion with Aloe Vera! Some lotions may dry the skin more. Aloe Vera will leave your skin soft.

  6. Step 6

It can help heal blisters and Athlete's Foot. Aloe Vera has also been proven to shrink warts.

  7. Step 7

If applied on a regular basis, Aloe Vera can decrease the appearance of age and wrinkles in the face.

  8. Step 8

Some people even believe that it can increase hair growth if massaged directly into the scalp. Let it sit there for 30 minutes and then rinse. Repeat this everyday until you notice results.

  9. Step 9

You can make various foot scrubs and facial masks with Aloe Vera.
