Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 C butter or margarine
- 1/2 C honey
- 2 1/2 TBSP mustard
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp curry
- 2 - 3 lbs of chicken (breasts, thighs, drumsticks...your choice)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the chicken pieces in a sauce pan. Set the temperature to a low heat. Stir constantly until butter melts. Do not allow to boil or sauce may scorch!

Step 2
Arrange chicken pieces in a 13x9" baking pan with the bigger pieces on the outside. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover the pan with foil. Place the pan in the refrigerator. Marinate 4 hours or more. The longer you marinate the chicken, the better it will taste!

Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover the pan and bake in the oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours until the chicken has turned a nice golden brown. Be sure that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 170 degrees. Basting is a must!
