Step 1
The easiest way to get a full ride scholarship to become a nurse through government grant programs is by getting a job with a health care facility. To start, you do not even need to be a nurses aid, you could be a house keeper as long as you are employed by the same company as the nurses there are. Many health care facilities are rewarded grant money to help train their employees. Many time a employee in good standing that has been employed for at least six months can seek employer repayment or payment of education express for the health care field. As you have been there a year you may qualify for the company to pay full expenses to become a RN or LPN. Just make sure you know what is expected of you after graduation. Many companies require you to sign a three year contract stating that you will continue working for them.
