Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet
  1. Step 1

    Getting Started

To start you will need to log on to a website or website(s) that offer reverse phone lookups . One example of a website that is great for this is reversephonedetective.com (see resources section below) , this website provides you with detailed information about someone who is calling you .

Note : Checkout my resources section below for more websites that offer reverse phone lookups.

  2. Step 2

Once you are on the website simply enter the phone number in question and click search . Your search will retrieve free information information such as the city the caller lives in , and the option of receiving a full report of additional information such as :

    Owner name and address
    Household members
    People search results

Additional information and a full report will cost a small fee.

Note :There are many websites similar to the one I mentioned above , so be sure to shop around on a few different phone lookup websites to find the best deal on a report.

  3. Step 3

    Try Whitepages.com

Log on to " Whitepages.com/phone_lookup " , although this reverse phone lookup service is a little less thorough than other websites that specialize in it , it is still very helpful in conducting such searches.

  4. Step 4

Once you are on the website simply enter the phone number in question and click search . Your search will retrieve information such as the service provider , city , type of line (land line or cellular) . This website also gives you the option of receiving a detailed report for a nominal fee of $5.
