Offensive Linemen or o-line is the heart of the offense. With bad linemen you will have a bad offense. With these tips it should help you become the offensive linemen you wish you can be.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The biggest men on the field are resonsible for blocking for their leader. It is easy for a linemen to run-block then pass-block because most of the time they are bigger than their defenders.

  2. Step 2

Like every other position, you should lift everywhere to make sure you don't have a weak spot defenses can find out. Stance is a very important part of your training. Stance is everything without a good one your quarterback will be thrown to the ground a lot.

  3. Step 3

With the other linemen, practice your splits and stance. Spacing is alson key. If you are a center, practice snaps with your quarterback. Doing this will help you protect your quarterback when game day comes.
